  My experience at Skydive Buckeye has been nothing short of amazing. What makes this place truly special is the culture and atmosphere. From day one, I felt welcomed—not just as a visitor, but as part of the team. It’s a rare environment where people genuinely support each other, both on the ground and in the air. The instructors are always present, helping, guiding, and looking out for everyone. There’s a strong sense of community here—everyone wants to see each other improve and succeed. Shane and Melissa set the tone for everything. They are incredibly supportive, welcoming, and simply amazing human beings. You can feel their influence in the way the entire place operates. This is more than just a dropzone—it’s a place where you go to grow, connect, and be happy. It made me want to be there every weekend… or every day if I could. If you’re looking for the right environment to skydive and be part of something real, this is it.

  If you've been waiting to make the leap - don't wait, do it! Melissa was wonderful to work with getting scheduled for the jump. My original flight was rescheduled due to winds, but it was super easy to get rescheduled. I appreciate that they put safety first. Melissa kept me informed and was helpful in answering all of my questions throughout the process. Today was my first jump. I flew tandem with Seth. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. He made me feel confident and comfortable with everything, from the gear to positioning in the air and the landing. There was not a moment that I felt unsafe. Estelle did awesome cinematography of the adventure. It was so fun to have my first jump captured to share with family and friends! This entire adventure was so worthwhile and the memories will last a lifetime! It was so fun to meet everyone, and the skydive community here has so many wonderful people. The great energy is contagious. I cannot wait to come back and skydive here again!

  We were visiting Arizona from Chicago and had to jump at Buckeye Skydiving — and it did not disappoint. My boyfriend is a licensed fun jumper and his home DZ is CSC, so we’ve spent a lot of time around drop zones. Buckeye has such a good vibe. It’s relaxed but dialed in. You can tell they take safety seriously, but it still feels fun and community-driven. One of our friends works there, which made it extra special, but honestly the entire team was welcoming from the moment we arrived. As someone who doesn’t jump, I also appreciated how comfortable I felt just hanging out and watching. No weird energy, no chaos. Just solid people and beautiful desert views. If you’re traveling from out of state or you’re a fun jumper looking for a great Arizona DZ, this is it. We’ll absolutely be back.

  Just had the BEST time jumping for the first time! It was so amazing. We had a group of 5 celebrating my husband’s 50th and my daughter’s 18th birthdays so a pretty epic way to celebrate these milestone birthdays! We were well taken care of. Everyone was so friendly and had such great energy getting everyone excited. My instructor was Collin and he was AWESOME!! Can’t wait to get the video and pics!
